Automotive B Technician – High Volume Dealership Group

Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $25 – $45 per flat rate hour (based on experience) + performance bonuses
About the Role
We are a high-volume, multi-franchise dealership group seeking experienced B-Level Automotive Technicians to join our growing service departments.
This is a production-driven environment with consistent workflow, strong leadership, and the ability to earn well above average if you can perform.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on customer vehicles
- Handle brakes, suspension, electrical, drivability, and light engine work
- Execute warranty and customer-pay repairs efficiently and accurately
- Complete multipoint inspections and identify additional service opportunities
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of automotive technician experience
- Strong diagnostic ability (not just parts changers)
- Ability to flag consistent hours in a flat-rate environment
- Experience with one or more of the following brands is a plus: Honda, Toyota, Hyundai, Kia, Acura
- Valid driver’s license
- ASE certifications preferred (not required for the right candidate)
