Lloyd’s Auto Clinic, a family-owned, growth-oriented auto repair shop in Kent, WA is hiring an Experienced Automotive Technician. We are expanding and are looking to add a good/new/experienced technician to our team NOW.

About you:
- Previous experience as an automotive technician (ASE certified preferred).
- Valid Driver’s License and have good driving record.
- Dependable, punctual, and good attendance.
- Honest, and always fair to both clients and company.
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Positive team member and works well with a team.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of diagnostic equipment.
- Great communication skills, and can effectively communicate issues.
- Deadline and detail oriented.
- Organized and clean in all areas (Cars, Work Area).
- Must be coachable and willing to follow our company’s policies and procedures.
- Have own tools (Required) We have a scan tool, lab scope and some specialty equipment.
Major job tasks and responsibilities:
- Perform repair work specified on the repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with industry standards.
- Test-drive vehicles, perform digital visual inspections, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Perform emissions repairs so that vehicles comply with state emissions requirements/standards.
- Basic maintenance from oil changes and fluid services up to the occasional engine or transmission replacement.
