General Responsibilities:
-Diagnose problems and troubleshoot solutions to repair them
-Perform maintenance on products, equipment, and machinery
-Educate customers on how to use and maintain their products
-Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers
Required Qualifications/Skill:
-Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot equipment
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, technical, and mechanical skills
-Ability to work independently and within a team
-Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending, heavy lifting and working in confined spaces
-Driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to effectively manage time
-HS Diploma Required; Associate's or bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
