Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Shop Lead - Power or Temp Control based in Atlanta, GA. You'll direct daily service center operations, supervising and mentoring technicians, prioritizing workloads, and ensuring the inspection, maintenance, repair, testing, and preparation of Aggreko Power or Temperature Control equipment. This role promotes a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement while ensuring equipment readiness and supporting customer commitments.

What you’ll do:
You’ll be based out of our Atlanta, GA. service center
You’ll have an opportunity to work overtime and weekends
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressors
Troubleshoot equipment failures at the shop and handle the repairs
You will either be out on your own or teamed up with another technician(s) to set up and operate equipment at the shop.
You are::
High School diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
10+ years of experience working on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment, performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs
Experience with calculating nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements, along with reading and knowing schematics
Based on the customer requirements, you may be required to obtain and maintain a TWIC card or valid DOT medical card
Ability to move or lift objects, typically less than 50 lbs.
Valid driver’s license
