Position Summary
This role owns the day-to-day performance and integrity of AMT’s Marketing systems, primarily HubSpot, while centralizing key Marketing operations such as lead management, reporting, vendor coordination, and event logistics. The position ensures our marketing engine runs efficiently, data is reliable for decision-making, and execution is streamlined across teams.
Experience & Skills:
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot (workflows, lists, reporting, integrations)
- Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain data integrity across marketing and CRM systems
- Experience building and maintaining marketing dashboards and performance tracking tied to pipeline outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Experience in managing end-to-end logistics for tradeshows and corporate events, including vendor coordination and timeline management
- Experience coordinating marketing collateral, apparel, and merchandise programs, including inventory management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines, including campaign execution and operational support
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on process consistency, budget tracking, and invoice accuracy
- Ability to identify issues in workflows or systems and proactively troubleshoot and resolve them
- Experience or strong interest in developing and managing AI agents and workflows to automate repetitive tasks, enhance data processing, and increase departmental output.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to support internal stakeholders and external partners
- Must successfully complete drug screen, physical, and E-Verify
Education:
A high school diploma or GED is required. An undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university with a focus in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline is preferred. In the absence of a degree, directly related job experience serving in marketing operations, event coordination, or CRM/HubSpot management, where a number of years and proven knowledge may offset the degree requirement.
