From one-on-one clients to small group (10 max per class), you can set your own schedule and be your own boss in the Club. Work and much or as little as you want to and use the space to train or dance on your own.
Pricing per session is paid for prior in the app with a 12-hour cancellation policy.
Your job is to keep it fun in our colorful gym so women enjoy working out.
If you’re a female trainer who wants to be a part of a much needed change in the industry, you will want to work at Cake. This is a 1099 contractor position with net 30 terms.
You must live in Minneapolis or a surrounding suburb!
Recruiting clients to fill your classes is required! As you know, the personal training requires promotion, sales, accountability, and hustle. No pay for no classes. People show up for you! Personality sells training!
We believe big box gyms take advantage of trainers and expect “free consultations” to convert to new clients. Paying sales people commission is bad business! Can you get a free hair cut? No one works for free in the service industry! The constant pressure to meet sales targets can be mentally taxing and lead to burnout. Especially in this business, energy is extremely valuable! We believe in paying a flat hourly rate because your value does not change based on the amount of people in the room. And dependability pays bills! Would you work for $6, $12, or $50? Classes and full price training rates are paid at $50/hour ($100). Half off training rates paid at $30/hour ($50). Commission is not dependable pay.
