Great Northwest Installations is looking for a customer care advocate. We seek a highly motivated individual who takes pride in their customer assistance and communication. We believe in high-quality customer service and want to provide smooth start-to-finish projects for all our consumers.

Customer Care Advocate Duties:
- Enter customer profile, project description and estimates in QuickBooks.
- Enter job tickets with customer information and the scope of work in an automated scheduling/dispatching system.
- Schedule and dispatch technicians to their daily jobs.
- Answer customer calls from direct and general office phone lines.
- Respond to inquiries from the website, email, and voice message inbox.
- Perform virtual estimates and review projects with technicians for completion.
- Work with both call-in customers and client referrals through partnered and contracted entities.
- Work closely with Public Utility Districts and Community Programs throughout OR and WA to facilitate plumbing projects and water heater installations.
- Work with vendors and distributors to ensure adequate warehouse stock and make general product inquiries to ensure the availability of materials for future projects.
- Provide project status reports and spreadsheets to management as needed.
- Process water heater and plumbing permits with different jurisdictions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Word, Excel, etc.
- Experience in customer service in the trade industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
