As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide high-quality, resident-centered nursing care while serving as an important clinical leader within our interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include:
Assess residents and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
Monitor resident conditions, identify changes, and respond promptly with appropriate nursing interventions.
Perform skilled nursing procedures including wound care, catheter care, and other specialized treatments.
Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social services, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive resident care.
Educate residents and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and ongoing healthcare needs.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents, families, and staff.
Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, and care conferences as needed.
Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
Current CPR certification.
Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or acute care is preferred but not required.
Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
