Job description
We are looking for a consultative sales leader with strong experience in AI/ML, analytics, and manufacturing-focused digital transformation. This role will partner with Fortune 500 clients, identify growth opportunities, lead strategic engagements, and expand enterprise relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Grow and manage key manufacturing accounts across North America
- Drive AI/Analytics consulting sales and account expansion
- Build executive-level client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
- Lead consultative discussions around AI/ML, analytics, operations optimization, and digital transformation
- Collaborate with delivery and solution teams to close strategic engagements
- Manage global teams and ensure successful client outcome.
- Required Experience:
- 7+ years in Sales / Account Management within consulting, analytics, or technology services
- 5+ years in Manufacturing industry
- 3+ years working with AI/ML solutions
- Strong background in Business Analytics & enterprise consulting
- Experience in industrial manufacturing, chemicals, automotive, metals, electronics, or related sectors
- Stable career history with average tenure of 4+ years per company
Pay: $120,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
