We’re seeking an Intern to join our team of dedicated professionals in Richmond, Illinois. The selected candidate will work alongside and learn from our team from June to August. This position will support our first shift, which operates Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assists employees with computer numerical control (CNC) milling, welding, drilling, and using hand tools

May assist with repositioning and using ladders

Spends several weeks learning at one workstation (CNC, Welding, etc.) and then rotates to another workstation and/or machine for the next few weeks

Wears personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots at all times while in the production facility

Remains within the facility during working hours
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to work a maximum of 29 hours per week

Ability to work on-site in Richmond, Illinois
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior manufacturing experience, or experience working in a manufacturing environment
