Full job description
The Gentherm Manufacturing Quality team supports Service, Engineering and Production in the production of reliable, high-quality products that meet customer expectations and comply with regulatory requirements by emphasizing precision, consistency, and adherence to standards.
Responsibilities:
· Must be proficient with general Quality Control and electronic test instruments including multimeters, calipers, pressure gauge, etc.
· Advanced knowledge of blueprint reading, S.O.P's, GMP's and ISO 13485 standards.
· Efficient with company computer software to include receiving and inventory transactions and part maintenance.
· Ability to do basic calibrations, and internal auditing.
· Support incoming materials inspection and inspection and tests finished goods to verify conformance to specification and help develop and implement inspection methods and quality plans.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· 2-5 years of Manufacturing Experience
· 1-2 years of Quality Testing experience
· Diagnosis & troubleshooting experience
· Strong communication skills
· Good documentation skills and strong attention to detail.
