We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic manufacturing team specializing in the production of batteries and inverters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing manufacturing systems, processes, and workflows to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality. This role will play a critical part in scaling production capabilities while maintaining operational excellence and cost-effectiveness.
A successful candidate must be able to:

Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, cost reduction, and quality.

Design, implement, and monitor workflow improvements in battery and inverter production lines.

Develop and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routings for all products and subassemblies to ensure proper configuration control and production alignment.

Develop and optimize facility layouts, production schedules, and labor utilization standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain to support new product introduction and process scale-up.

Apply lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence.

Conduct time and motion studies, work sampling, and performance analysis to develop standardized work procedures.

Evaluate and specify tools, equipment, and technologies to support manufacturing needs.

Support cost estimation and capital investment analysis for new equipment or process changes.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards within the manufacturing process.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on production efficiency and improvement initiatives.
