Behind-the-Scenes Opportunity in the Beauty Industry Keyser Enterprises continues to expand its portfolio of Sport Clips Haircuts and Waxing the City locations throughout the Midwest. We’re now looking for a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our St. Louis support office and help keep our salons and studios operating at peak performance.
Core Responsibilities
- Partner with cosmetology schools to build talent pipelines
- Support full-cycle recruiting and interviewing for stylists and estheticians
- Oversee ordering and inventory of salon supplies and retail products
- Manage maintenance requests and facility repairs across all locations
- Provide essential operational support to multiple sites in five states
What You Bring
- Current, active Cosmetology license
- Hands-on office or administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle priorities
- Great communication and relationship-building abilities
- Passion for the beauty industry and a proactive mindset
