Duties
- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend appropriate products or services
- Process sales transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures
- Maintain knowledge of retail products, software, and current promotions to effectively inform customers
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction
- Support inventory management by organizing displays and monitoring stock levels to maximize sales opportunities
- Light Cleaning and organizing
Requirements
- Willingness to learn; enthusiasm and ,most importantly, a strong work ethic, is key!
- Basic math skills including cash handling, retail math, and 10 key typing proficiency
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently
- Team player attitude that will take on new tasks in order to keep the store and jobs running smoothly
- Strong communication skills to engage confidently with diverse customers
- Ability to perform cashiering duties accurately while managing cash registers and financial software
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
