Top Tier Solar is looking for motivated In-Home Sales Representative who want uncapped commission potential and the opportunity to build their income through sales performance.
Productive representatives may earn $2,000-$3,500+ per week in commissions, depending on sales production, closed business, commission eligibility, and the applicable compensation plan.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Meet with homeowners through company-provided appointments
- Conduct in-home solar consultations
- Understand customer needs and energy goals
- Present solar systems and available financing options
- Answer questions and handle objections
- Guide qualified homeowners through the sales process
- Ask for the sale and complete required documentation
- Follow up with prospects and customers
- Maintain a professional customer experience

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with no guaranteed salary or hourly wage. Compensation is performance-based and subject to the applicable agreement and commission plan.
