We're a fast-growing AI optimization agency helping small to medium businesses show up in search engines and AI platforms like ChatGPT. We're adding about one client per week and need an organized, proactive account manager to help us scale without losing our personal touch.
What You'll Do:
- Manage client relationships and communications through Notion, Gmail, and Google Chat
- Schedule and track client projects from start to finish
- Respond to client questions and provide regular project updates
- Coordinate between clients and our fulfillment team
- Jump on client calls when needed
- Streamline processes and help solve operational challenges as we grow
What We Need:
- 1+ years digital marketing agency experience (3+ years preferred)
- Comfortable with WordPress and large language models (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Self-sufficient problem solver - if ChatGPT can answer it, you shouldn't need to ask the team
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Great with people and client communication
- Willing to wear multiple hats in a startup environment
What We Offer:
- $30-40/hour based on experience
- Part-time start (10-20 hours/week) with quick path to full-time
