Responsibilities
- Design and assemble engaging soil displays that highlight Kellogg SKUs in both Lowe's and Home Depot
- Maintain the visual appeal of soil displays through regular cleaning, replenishing stock, and updating signage
- Assist customers by providing expert advice on soil selection, gardening tips, and plant care based on display information
- Support merchandising efforts by organizing products to maximize sales potential and enhance the shopping experience
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate display updates and inventory management
Qualifications
- Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is highly desirable
- Working, reliable vehicle is a must
- Working smartphone
- Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture principles, and soil desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Ability to perform outdoor work comfortably in various weather conditions is a must
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to engage positively with shoppers and provide helpful guidance
