lecture about any place or point of public interest to any person in connection with any sightseeing trip or tour within the city. If you aren't currently licensed, you must be willing and able to do so within 30 days of completing training with Secret Food Tours.

This role is a lot of fun and a perfect fit for applicants with a flair for entertaining and a love of great food. Our guides lead small groups of tourists through some of New York's best eateries while sharing history and culture along the way. This is the perfect job for performers of all types, teachers, historians, college students, and more!!!
Our ideal candidate is:
- Professional, responsible, and great with both time and money management.
- Passionate about the city of New York, its history, its culture, and most importantly... its food!
- Outgoing and dedicated to providing a once-in-a-lifetime guest experience.
- Able to memorize a tour script and route while making it their own.
- Over the age of 21.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Secret Food Tours offers competitive starting pay with a flat rate of $75 per 3 to 3.5 hour tour plus tips (which are frequently VERY generous!!!). Tours run daily at 11:00am,1:00pm, and 3:00pm. We are looking to bring on 1 or 2 guides with flexible availability to lead tours in English or Spanish. Additional shifts may be available at alternate times based on private and group bookings.
