QuickFlips is a video game buyback website that makes it easy to get fast cash for your video games and cards. We are a fast-growing, Lexington-based startup on a mission to dominate the refurbished collectibles industry.
We primarily market our website through our YouTube channel - QuickFlips. We are looking for a savvy social media expert to manage production of our shortform and longform content. This role supports our marketing efforts by letting collectors across the country know about our services.
Role Description
QuickFlips takes media very seriously. We produce a full-length business vlog every week and post shorts every day across platforms. This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager at QuickFlips in Lexington, KY. We're looking for someone who can plan, shoot, edit and upload shortform and longform content to multiple accounts.
Editing experience is crucial for this role, multiple years preferred. We're looking for someone with experience not only creating content, but also analyzing trends, assessing prior upload performance, and adjusting our content strategies accordingly. Successful applicants will have knowledge of hooks, titles, thumbnails, viewer retention, and content strategy. In the last year we’ve gone from 10k views/week to 1.5m, and we’re looking for someone to take us to 10m and beyond.

Qualifications
- Experience creating long-form and short-form video content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of platform-based metrics and analytics
- Experience editing shortform and longform content
- Experience with videography, basic audio and lighting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
