Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Day Hab Group Provider to energize and support individuals with disabilities in our day habilitation program. In this role, you will facilitate engaging activities, assist with daily living skills, and promote social integration for participants. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a positive, nurturing environment that empowers individuals to reach their full potential.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support group activities designed to enhance social skills, independence, and community engagement for participants.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years old.
- Must have 3 years driving experience.
- Must have a good driving record past 3 years.
- Must have at least a HS Diploma/GED.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
