Job: Auto Collision Repair Parts Supplement Estimator / Production Assist *Full Time*
Monday - Friday ~ 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities
- This job would start once a vehicle comes into the shop. You would be responsible for the estimate/supplement from teardown to detail.
- Help organize production through the shop and ensure completion dates are accurate and updated.
- Communicate well with front of house staff to keep customers updated
- Coordinate with our other estimators, ADAS tech, parts guy, and shop techs to ensure accurate estimates.
- Knowledge of different procedures for insurance companies would be beneficial.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to assess collision damage, including auto body repair, mechanical systems, transmissions, suspension, and tire services
- Prepare detailed and accurate auto estimates using CCC estimating software.
- Coordinate with technicians and production teams to prioritize repairs, monitor progress, and meet deadlines efficiently
- Familiarity with auto estimating tools and service writing procedures is essential
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly
Hours
8 – 5:0 M-F
Pay
$60,000 - $80,000 Depending on experience
Requirements
- Ability to get along with people
- At least 4 years estimating experience
- At least 4 years Collision repair experience
- At least 4 years Collision Management experience
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Basic Computer Knowledge (Excel, How to send an email, what a PDF is) Shop cannot train
- Strong knowledge of CCC one estimating & management software
- Spanish/English speaker would be a plus
