Schedule: Wednesdays and Fridays 8:30am-12:30am (16 hour shifts)
Location: Yelm, WA

Right at Home is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide ventilator and tracheostomy care for an ALS client in Yelm. This is a part-time role with consistent hours, ideal for nurses who enjoy one-on-one care in a supportive home environment.
What You’ll Do:

Deliver safe and skilled ventilator and tracheostomy care in the client’s home

Monitor and document the client’s condition, reporting changes promptly

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

Communicate and coordinate with the care team to ensure the highest quality of care

Provide comfort, education, and support to the client and their family
What You’ll Need:

Active RN in Washington State (required)

Vent and trach experience (required)

Current CPR/BLS certification

Dependable and compassionate with excellent attention to detail

Reliable transportation to the client’s home in Yelm
