Client Success Manager – Medical Spa

What You'll Do
- Conduct professional consultations and educate clients on available treatments and services.
- Recommend personalized treatment plans and membership options based on each client's goals.
- Build trust and develop long-term relationships with clients.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales and client satisfaction goals.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to ensure an exceptional experience.
- Collaborate closely with providers and staff to create a seamless patient journey.
- Represent the practice with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical spa, aesthetics, cosmetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery is preferred.
- Proven success in consultative sales with a strong closing ability.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, outgoing, and confident personality.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and make clients feel comfortable and valued.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
