Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to work on a Hardscape Installation/Manual Labor project. In this role, you will be an essential part of transforming an outdoor space by installing durable and visually appealing hardscape features such as pavers, retaining walls, patios, and walkways. Duties
- Assist in the installation of hardscape elements including pavers, stonework, retaining walls, and decorative features with precision and care
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and set materials according to project specifications
- Prepare work sites by excavating, grading, and leveling surfaces to ensure proper foundation for installations
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute tasks accurately
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently and maintain a safe work environment
- Perform general manual labor such as lifting and moving heavy materials and cleaning work areas
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment used in hardscape installation
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings for accurate project execution is advantageous
- Knowledge of construction management practices including site safety protocols and inspection procedures is preferred
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift heavy materials, and perform strenuous tasks throughout the day
- Basic understanding of schematics for fabrication or installation projects is advantageous

This is a temporary position (5-10 days) that offers an opportunity to implement, grow or learn new skills in Hardscape Installation. However, this paid position offers a chance to grow within the construction industry while working on exciting projects that enhance properties.
Hourly wage determined by experience and/or work ethic demonstrated on site. 8 -10 hour day minimum. Flexible schedule. Paid every 20 hours of accumulated hours worked. Upon satisfactory completion of project, High-performing individuals have the potential to have earned a bonus, letter of recommendation to future employers, referral for additional opportunities or the possibility to be called back for additional projects.
This is a supervised project located in Fenton with semi-flexible hours and the opportunity to increase temporary earnings based on effort and experience.
Pay: $20.75 - $35.75 per hour
