Siffrin is seeking a dependable, motivated Commercial Cleaner/Janitor to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while supporting our mission of serving individuals with disabilities.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for candidates with experience in:
Supervise and perform daily cleaning for a multi-floor facility
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, trash removal, and restroom sanitation
Perform floor maintenance and carpet spotting
Maintain cleaning supplies and janitorial equipment
Set up meeting rooms and event spaces
Provide on-call support to residential group homes as needed
Promote a positive, professional, and inclusive environment
Previous custodial, janitorial, or facilities experience preferred
Supervisory or team lead experience a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout shift
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required
Strong attention to detail and reliability
