No prior sales experience is required—we provide the training, mentorship, and support needed to help you succeed in this entry level role.
What You'll Do As an Entry Level Sales Agent
- Engage with customers through direct interactions
- Introduce Verizon products, plans, and promotional offers
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Build positive customer relationships through professional communication
- Support daily sales objectives and campaign goals
- Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Represent Verizon with professionalism and integrity
What We're Looking For in an Entry Level Sales Agent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable interacting with customers in person
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required for this entry level position
