Requirements:
- Primary Care coding and charge review experience required (Preventive, Chronic, Acute Visits; E/M, Time-Based, Preventive Care)
- Minimum 2 years of professional coding experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine required
- Strong knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM, and E/M coding required
- Experience with Coding & Charge Review, Risk Code Validation (non-HCC), and Front-End & Pre-Billing Review preferred
- Knowledge of payer rules, modifier usage, medical necessity, and clean-claim standards required
- Strong communication skills for provider and front-office collaboration required
- Adherence to HIPAA and organizational confidentiality standards required
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent AAPC credential required
