Happy Helpers Autism Center LLC is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented ABA Administrator to support the daily operations of our ABA company. This position plays an important role in helping ensure client schedules, staff schedules, documentation, onboarding, communication, and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
The ABA Administrator will report directly to the ABA Operations Manager and will assist with day-to-day operational needs for clients, families, RBTs, BCBAs, and leadership. This role requires someone who can follow directions, communicate clearly, stay organized, complete tasks independently, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced ABA environment.

Willing to learn ABA-specific systems, insurance processes, and documentation requirements.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in ABA, healthcare, therapy, medical office, scheduling, billing, or administrative support preferred.
Experience working with children, families, therapists, or insurance companies is a plus.
Prior knowledge of RBT/BCBA scheduling, ABA authorizations, session notes, or parent signatures is preferred but not required.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
