Job Overview: This position reports to the \"Head Tennis Pro\" and supports tennis/pickle ball operations and member relations. Ensure that the racket club runs efficiently and effectively aligned with the overall mission and vision.

- Overall tennis knowledge and capabilities.
- Must have GREAT customer service driven attitude!
Job Functions:
- Help prep for and work tournaments hosted at BWYCC.
- Help maintain the grounds and shop.
- Run the seasonal \"Kids camps\"
- Be knowledgeable enough to instruct/teach private lessons.
