Residential Cleaning Technician & Team Leader
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Nights, Weekends or Holidays

Cleaning by Jen is currently hiring Residential Cleaning Technicians and Team Leaders to join our growing team based out of Chesterfield, Michigan.
We are an established, family-owned residential cleaning company that has proudly served Macomb County and surrounding areas for over 12 years. With a team of 25+ employees and hundreds of recurring clients, we pride ourselves on professionalism, reliability, teamwork, and creating a positive work environment people enjoy being part of long-term.

Pay & Schedule
- Starting Pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour
- Annual performance-based raises for all employees
- Team Leaders have accelerated pay growth opportunities with potential earnings up to $20/hour within the first year
- Full-time: 35–40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday
- Typical hours between 7:00am–5:00pm
- $250 Sign-On Bonus
About the Position
Our teams typically clean 4–5 homes per day in teams of 2–3 employees. Team Leaders are responsible for driving company vehicles, helping guide the team throughout the day, and ensuring quality standards are met at each home.
This is a physically active position that requires energy, efficiency, attention to detail, and strong teamwork. The days move quickly, and no two days are exactly the same.
We provide all professional cleaning supplies and equipment needed for the job. Our quality managers and office team handle stocking and refilling cleaning caddies each day so our cleaners can stay focused on providing excellent service to clients.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Reliable personal transportation required
- Valid vehicle insurance required
- Ability to work five days per week, Monday–Friday
- Comfortable working in homes with pets
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the day
- Must pass a nationwide background check and drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Team Leader Applicants:
- Previous residential cleaning experience preferred
- Leadership or team management experience is a plus
