We are an Ecommerce company specializing in collectibles sports items sold on eBay. We need to add a superstar to our team who will be working within our shipping team. This is a position that requires maximum attention to details, flexibility, organizational skills, multitasking, and the ability to shift priorities according to our business needs. Description:
-Process and assemble orders to be shipped via eBay, domestic and international.
-Ensure products are shipped accurately and on time daily.
-Work with our receiving, quality, and operations departments to ensure all our products are received/shipped, according to our operations process.
-Monitor quality of work performed and adjust as needed.
-Ability to prioritize tasks and have excellent time management skills
-A "can do" attitude
-This job may entail other duties such as limited reporting, QA, light administrative duties.
-Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists.
-Available to work Monday-Friday but subject to change upon business requirements.
Requirements:
-2 years of work experience, preferably in a similar position within a shipping environment
-Ability to handle fragile items with care is a must
-Able to manage work and complete tasks with great attention to detail.
-Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and critical thinking skills are a must
-Knowledge of Shipworks is a plus.
-Knowledge of eBay is a plus.
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
-Consistently acts in line with a clear and visible set of values and beliefs. Should be reliable, trustworthy, and ethical
-Highly flexible and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
