Immediate opening for Part-Time Leasing Consultant for high-rise apartments on the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, Missouri. We are looking for an outgoing, friendly, upbeat professional who is quick to determine customer's needs, listen and get clarification, and offer thoughtful solutions in both positive and negative situations. Duties include: answering phones, touring and closing prospective residents, resolving tenant inquires and walking the property. Flexible work schedule available that includes Saturday hours and the possibility of weekday afternoon hours. Must have reliable transportation. Drug screening and background checks required.
