Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and reliable General Laborers to join our team in the Precast Concrete Works industry. This role requires hard physical work, mainly outdoors in direct sunlight, and involves assisting production workers by providing materials, tools, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist production workers by supplying or holding materials and tools
- Clean and maintain work areas and equipment
- Perform general labor tasks as directed by supervisors
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including sun exposure
- Lift and transport materials (up to 50 pounds)
- Help with concrete mixing, pouring, and other tasks as needed
- Perform other duties as required by the team
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of labor work (experience in construction, concrete, or similar industries is preferred)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions (sun, heat, and other weather elements)
- Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic
- Ability to work 55+ hours per week, including weekends if necessary
- Must have transportation to and from the job site
Compensation:
- $10 per hour
- Overtime pay for hours worked beyond the regular schedule
- Weekly pay
- Average 55+ hours per week
