You'll work across operations, manufacturing, engineering, finance, sales, HR and strategy, taking ownership of critical projects, improving company processes, deploying AI tools, and acting as an extension of the CEO to help scale the business.
This role would suit a Chief of Staff looking for genuine executive exposure, long-term progression and the opportunity to help build a rapidly growing manufacturing business.
The Role:
- Partner directly with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives and executive operations across the business
- Build scalable processes, internal systems, dashboards and AI-powered workflows to improve company performance
- Lead cross-functional projects spanning manufacturing, engineering, finance, sales, HR and operations

The Candidate:
- Experience working as a Chief of Staff within a hardware, manufacturing, energy, aerospace, automotive, defence, water or similar physical-product industry
- Proven experience managing senior stakeholders, investors, fundraising or executive-level business operations
- Strong operational mindset with experience delivering projects, improving processes and leveraging modern AI tools to increase productivity
