We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Management team. Spangles is looking for Future General managers that are interested in the Kansas area. We have stores in Hutchinson, Salina, Wichita, Topeka and Emporia. If you have General Manager experience we will work with you to prepare you to run a Spangles location. As a General manager, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for scheduling, inventory, hiring and all aspects of running a store. If you have a management experience we are looking for you. Other Duties: To train your staff to greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude, take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system - Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines - Ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness of the kitchen area - Assist with food preparation and cooking as needed - Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specials - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
Qualifications for General Manager training and pay: previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well as part of a team.
