We are looking for a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) for a 100% remote, performance-based 1099 role. Earn $220,000 – $280,000+ annually while maintaining full clinical autonomy and a flexible schedule. What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and brief therapy.
- Prescribing psychiatric medications (Suboxone prescribing preferred, but not required).
- Certifying patients for medical cannabis under our integrated care model.
- Collaborating with a forward-thinking clinical team in a tech-forward, high-efficiency environment.
Requirements
- Current Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted Minnesota nursing license (Independent practice authority or eligibility preferred but not required).
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience as a PMHNP preferred, however, new graduates will be considered.
- Experience with telehealth, EMR systems, and a HIPAA-compliant home office.
- Strong interest in integrated care, including substance use treatment and medical cannabis.
- Ability to maintain a consistent patient panel (32+ hours/week).
Compensation & Structure
- Type: 1099 Independent Contractor.
- Pay: $220,000 – $280,000+ per year (Based on insurance reimbursement production).
