Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Manage bar inventory by putting on list as needed.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately to process cash and card transactions efficiently. (We use Sky Tab, Shift 4)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food and drink safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
- Develop new beverage recipes to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
- Collaborate with bar staff to coordinate food and drink service during busy periods or special events like banquets or Pool functions.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, spirits.
- Proven experience in bar hospitality environments preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing.
- Ability to develop creative beverage recipes while maintaining consistency in presentation and taste.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and food industry operations.
- Experience with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and beverage service etiquette.
- Previous bar experience is a plus but not required.
