Seven24 Collective is seeking an enthusiastic, polished, and hospitality-driven Member Experience Host/Server to become the face of our private members club.
This is not a traditional restaurant host or server position. Instead, you'll own the entire member experience within your assigned space - welcoming members, anticipating their needs, taking food and beverage orders, delivering items personally, maintaining the club environment, and ensuring every visit feels effortless and personalized.
You'll become a familiar face to our members, building relationships while creating an elevated, luxury hospitality experience every day.
What You'll Do
As the Member Experience Host/Server, you will be responsible for the overall experience of the members in your section from arrival through departure.
Your responsibilities include:
- Welcome members and their guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Learn members' names and preferences to deliver personalized service.
- Seat members and introduce them to the space and menu offerings.
- Guide members through breakfast, coffee, smoothie, cocktail, and light dining menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Prepare basic beverages when appropriate and coordinate with the kitchen for food orders.
- Deliver all food and beverages directly to members.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables throughout service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting club environment at all times.
- Answer member inquiries, reservations, and phone calls professionally.
- Anticipate guest needs before they ask and resolve concerns with confidence and care.
- Support private member events, networking functions, receptions, and special activations.
- Work closely with culinary and hotel teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Take ownership of the space, ensuring every detail reflects Seven24 Collective's luxury standards.
What We're Looking For

Ideal candidates will have:
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs, boutique hotels, upscale restaurants, or similar guest-facing environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A warm, confident, and polished personality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to work independently.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and member events.
