Job Summary:
Optimized Senior Living Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Fairfield team. This position is essential in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being. The LPN will work closely with the healthcare team to implement care plans, monitor residents' health, and provide compassionate support. This role requires working every other weekend, offering a consistent yet flexible schedule.

Requirements

Current LPN license in the State of Ohio

Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or similar setting preferred
