Security Site Director – Friona, TX
Salary: $48K-$50K based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday
Location: Friona, TX
A professional security services provider is seeking an experienced Security Site Director for an assignment in the Friona area. This position requires a strong leader who can oversee daily security operations, maintain a safe environment, and serve as the primary point of contact for security personnel on site.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support on-site security personnel
- Ensure post orders, policies, and procedures are followed
- Coordinate daily security operations and shift activities
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Interact professionally with residents, guests, vendors, and stakeholders
- Address incidents and security concerns in a calm and effective manner
- Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability for security staff
- Assist with access control and gate operations as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active Texas Level II Non-Commissioned Guard Card registration/certification
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record (MVR required)
- Previous security supervisory experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with incident reporting and report writing
- Demonstrated de-escalation and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
