Performs tire maintenance, including rotations, balancing, and repairs.
We offer Full Service & Self Services. Full Service you will be responsible for checking fluids, tires, cleaning all windows, battery and bulb/lamp replacement. Self Service provide mini-service on your down time.
Follows safety procedures, job duties, and company policies
Conducts basic maintenance and cleaning in the shop & equipment
Provides helpful, friendly, and responsive customer service.
Provide exceptional service as a Team Leader and work with Island Attendants on the Islands. Back up Service writer and cashier booth, and assist the Manager as needed.
Room for advancement in Management.
35-40 hours (includes Saturdays)
We require Tire Repair/Mounting/Balancing experience; Auto Parts Experience Preferred.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
Market Tires sells Batteries, Auto Parts, Accessories & installs.
Dispense Propane, assist on Islands and Service Dept. as needed.
One of the main requirements for this position is people skills, including handling customer interactions professionally, answering phones, and assisting Mechanics and managers as needed.
Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries. Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales, and uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers. Keep up to date on Tire Rebates.
Tire installation and repair – tire technicians need a firm grasp of tire installation and repair processes, including patching, removing tires from their rims and replacing them, and balancing tires.
Customer service – interact with customers to provide information on tire repair and replacement options, ensuring they have experience with customer service best practices.
Verifies warranty and service contract coverage, develops estimates, writes repair orders, and maintains customer rapport and records.
Ascertains automotive problems and services by listening to customers’ descriptions of symptoms, clarifying descriptions of issues, conducting inspections, taking test drives, checking vehicle maintenance records, and examining service schedules.
Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor.
