LNHA (Licensed Nursing Home Administrator) Position Available!
Riverlight Health is looking for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our team!

Job Summary: The primary purpose of this position is to conduct the ongoing business of the nursing home to assure that the resident’s highest quality of life and level of care is maintained. Responsible for overall facility management, profitability, operations, and direction in all aspects. Responsible for, but not limited to, census development, staff stability, resident/patient care, state/federal survey compliance, positive employee relations, and implementation of the facility primary programs.
Acts as the facility representative in the facility and in the community. Strong community involvement. Follows all policies and procedures. Completes rounds of entire facility premises and all departments at least daily to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations. Competent in healthcare operations, risk management, regulatory compliance, emergency preparedness, HR responsibilities including employee engagement and basic employment law principles.
Strong desire to lead through and with others using interpersonal skills that promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Previous LNHA experience.
- Bachelor's Degree is necessary.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered Minnesota Licensed Nursing Home Administrator's license.
Job Type: Full-time / Pay: Competitive Salary
Schedule: This is a fulltime position, M-F work week with occasional weekday evenings and weekends.
