Job Overview
All Seasons Cleaning is hiring reliable and detail-oriented Post Construction Cleaners to help prepare newly built homes for homeowners and final inspections. This position involves cleaning construction dust, debris, windows, floors, cabinets, and fixtures to deliver inspection-ready results.
No experience is required, but cleaning experience is a plus. We will train the right person.
Responsibilities
Remove construction dust from all surfaces- Clean windows, tracks, frames, and glass
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Clean cabinets, countertops, and appliances
- Remove stickers, paint overspray, and debris
- Detail bathrooms and kitchens
- Follow cleaning checklists and quality standards
- Maintain a professional appearance on job sites
Requirements
Reliable transportation- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
Residential or commercial cleaning experience- Construction cleaning experience
- Window cleaning experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Compensation
$16–$20 per hour depending on experience and performance- Opportunities for advancement
- Performance bonuses available
Schedule
Monday through Friday- Part-time and full-time opportunities available
- Occasional Saturdays as needed
