Performance Indicators
- Responsible for the Safety and Field labor on TI or Special project $10k-$1M
- Direct communication with clients. Need to keep a clean and professional appearance and attitude.
- Up to the hour communication with Coordinator to keep all appointments informed on timing.
- Review and plan appropriate material procurement for assigned project.
- Complete layout of electrical distribution, power, lighting, and all special systems for your assigned project.
- Review project schedule daily and not any delays, changes, or deficiencies to project management team.
- Lead by example in a professional workmanlike manor, represent the company professionally to GC, and challenge all employees to achieve excellence.
Required Qualifications:
- Must hold a Colorado JW or Master’s License
- Must have experience in executing service work.
- Must be proficient in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
- Must possess leadership qualities.
- Must have a positive attitude with customers and team members.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and remain insurable.
- Must be able to work full-time and overtime if required.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Supervises up to 1 JW’s with total responsibility of 1-5 employees.
- Understands and follows all Exceeds process and procedures.
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of Supervisor duties, responsibilities and expectations as applies to size and type of construction project.
- Demonstrated ability to run two or more small projects.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise, evaluate and develop Lead journeymen, journeymen, and apprentices.
- Demonstrated ability to run a project according to planned productivity budget.
- Adapts to scope of work depending on size of project.
- Demonstrated quality electrical installation and mechanical abilities.
- Demonstrated a working knowledge of the NEC.
- Demonstrate ability to manage and understand project budget. Hand and Hand with project manager.
- Ability to represent the company in high level discussions with GC, ownership group and direct clients.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Service Foreman. Our Service Department places customer satisfaction and communication as its top priority. Building strong relationships with clients is key to future business growth. Our Service Foreman are experts in installation and ensure work is completed to the highest standard, always compliant with code. They must also have the ability to troubleshoot a wide range of electrical issues, including but not limited to the following:
- Conduit bending
- Trenching
- Lighting control issues
- Power continuity issues
- Electrical Service Installations
- New lighting installations
- Panel swaps, upgrades, and retrofitting
- Small TI and Special Project Installations
- Thinking outside the box
Salary: $42.00- 48.00 per hour
