In this highly visible position, you will leadfacilities operations for approximately 465,000 square feet of office space,ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-performing environment that supportsinnovation, collaboration, and business success.
As a trusted partner to the client, you will driveoperational excellence across all aspects of facilities management, includingbuilding operations, preventive maintenance, vendor performance, compliance,and workplace services. You'll collaborate closely with client stakeholders andservice partners to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, enhancethe employee experience, and maintain best-in-class facility standards.

What You’ll Do: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through regular communication and partnership Conduct regular meetings to review CBRE’s performance, identify areas for improvement, and explore opportunities for growth. Prepare and submit reports on property profiles, emergency preparedness plans, site inspections, and facility audits. Establish and implement policies and procedures to guarantee contract specifications are met. Provide strategic supervision to employees, ensuring effective training and development programs are in place. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance employee skills and productivity. Oversee the recruitment and hiring process to attract and select top talent, aligning with organizational goals and objectives Oversee team’s operations, creating and managing schedules, task assignments, and cross-training to ensure efficiency and productivity. Establish and monitor deadlines for staff and department objectives, offering guidance and assistance as required Prepare and present project proposals to secure approval. Create strategic facility management objectives for clients. Generate capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports. Inspect the facility for quality assurance on a periodic basis. Ensure facility procedures comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement. Apply discipline-specific knowledge and expertise to contribute to team and departmental goals, recognizing the interconnectedness of disciplines. Investigate, diagnose, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex problems within existing systems and processes.
What You’ll Need : Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Minimum of 5 years of facilities management experience, with a strong knowledge of building operations and maintenance. MEP familiarity – Ability to understand how mechanical building maintenance and systems operate, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing components. Demonstrated ability to develop, manage and monitor operational budgets. Strong communication skills, with the ability to give clear directives and influence stakeholders effectively. Ability to review and interpret analytical data and use insights to influence team decisions and improve outcomes. Proven experience managing a team and driving performance, with demonstrated leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams while ensuring quality, efficiency, and effectiveness. Project or construction management experience preferred. Leadership skills to motivate teams and drive quality, efficiency, and effectiveness Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Advanced math skills, including calculation of percentages, fractions, and financial data Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

California Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Regional Facilities Manager position is $135,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Regional Facilities Manager position is $145,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
