Estimated starting salary is $20 per hour.
Job Specifications:
- Demonstrated ability in written and verbal communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex subjects in manageable pieces to Banking and Non-Banking staff.
- Must have literacy across a broad range of devices (Smartphones, Tablets, Laptops etc.)
- Ability to independently research information relative to assigned tasks.
- Must demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong inter-personal, team and collaboration skills, build rapport and maintain positive relationship with Digital Channels team members.
Duties and Responsibilities/Results:
- Assists department management by working on assignments (including research, file maintenance, report analysis) that help promote efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy in the department.
- Supports all phases of Retail and Business Online Banking (BOB) procedures
- Assists with the preparation and completion of report.
- Improves departmental productivity and work flow by developing and enhancing PC and other Digital Channels applications.
- Keeps up to date with the latest trends in the Digital & Retail banking.
- Helps out as needed by performing other related duties which may be necessary from time to time.
