Evolve 865 is a locally owned Testosterone Clinic & Med Spa committed to helping our patients improve their health, confidence, and quality of life. We specialize in Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), medical weight loss, IV therapy, peptide therapy, vitamin injections, and aesthetic services.
We are looking for a compassionate, motivated Registered Nurse who enjoys building relationships with patients and wants to grow alongside a rapidly expanding healthcare practice.
Position Summary
The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care while supporting our providers in the daily operations of the clinic. This position includes patient assessments, medication administration, IV therapy, phlebotomy, patient education, documentation, and assisting with hormone replacement therapy services.

Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and obtain vital signs.
- Review medical histories and update electronic medical records.
- Administer injections, IV therapies, and prescribed medications.
- Perform venipuncture and blood collection.
- Monitor patients during treatments and report concerns to the provider.
- Educate patients regarding medications, treatment plans, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Assist providers with patient visits and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards.
- Assist with inventory management and medication organization.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a welcoming atmosphere for every patient.
- Cross-train in multiple clinical areas to support the needs of the practice.
Qualifications
- Current Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Current BLS certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
- Proficient with electronic medical records.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in one or more of the following is preferred but not required:
- Hormone Replacement Therapy (TRT/HRT)
- Family Medicine
- Internal Medicine
- Urgent Care
- Functional Medicine
- Medical Weight Loss
- IV Therapy
- Aesthetic or Wellness Clinics
Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
