NOW HIRING: Sales Associates & Key Holders
The Stupid Company – Broadway at the Beach (Myrtle Beach, SC)
Pay: $10.00–$14.00 per hour
Pay is based on position and experience.
The Stupid Company is a fun, specialty retail store located at Broadway at the Beach, offering novelty gifts, humor-based merchandise, and t-shirts for all ages. We’re looking for friendly, dependable team members to join our crew in a fast-paced and upbeat retail environment.
We currently have openings for night shifts and weekend positions for both Key Holders and Sales Associates. Applicants must have regular Saturday and Sunday availability. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
Sales Associate Responsibilities Include:
- Operating the cash register
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor
- Stocking and processing merchandise
- Supporting daily store operations and tasks as needed
Key Holder Responsibilities Include:
- All Sales Associate responsibilities
- Opening and/or closing the store
- Leading and supporting team members during shifts
- Helping oversee daily store operations
- Handling additional responsibilities when management is not present
Qualifications:
- Friendly, motivated, and dependable
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends (regular Saturday and Sunday availability required)
- Retail or customer service experience is required for Key Holders
- Retail experience is a plus, but not required for Sales Associates
