The Communication Center is the hub of our campus. As the Communication Center Supervisor, you'll lead a team responsible for keeping communication flowing, supporting staff and visitors, coordinating daily operations, and responding to campus needs. This role combines leadership, customer service, organization, and problem-solving to ensure the Communication Center operates efficiently every day.

Supervise, train, schedule, and support Communication Center staff.

Conduct employee coaching, performance evaluations, and ongoing development.

Lead monthly team meetings and participate in leadership meetings.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and excellent customer service.

Monitor and respond to campus radio communications, including emergency requests.

Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail distribution.

Manage office supply ordering and inventory while maintaining department budgets.

Oversee youth luggage and personal belongings returned from visits, ensuring required safety and contraband checks are completed.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming Communication Center.

Assist with administrative projects and perform other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or GED required.

Must be at least 20 years of age.

Minimum of one year of administrative, receptionist, or office support experience.

Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.

Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Comfortable using multi-line phone systems and standard office equipment.
