## Job Overview
We are seeking several passionate gymnastics coaches to join our team. Experience in gymnastics is helpful, but not required. A positive attitude, a team mindset, and consistent dependability are more important than industry experience. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for providing expert instruction, guidance, and motivation to the athletes.
We have a variety of positions available depending on your experience level and career goals. Available positions include: Boys & Girls Recreational Gymnastics Coach, Ninja Instructor, Trampoline/Tumbling Instructor, Boys Program Director.
## Duties
- Instruct athletes on proper techniques, form, and routines
- Create a safe and positive training environment
- Motivate and encourage gymnasts to set and achieve personal goals
- Evaluate gymnasts' progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Coordinate and oversee gymnastics competitions and performances
## Qualifications
- Experience in gymnastics coaching or competitive gymnastics
- Knowledge of various gymnastics disciplines and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to pass the background check as required by USAG
-Ability to complete the required Safe Sport Certification
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
